Yoga

Many can forget that Yoga is not simply the physical practice, but the spiritual too. Teaching your body to wind down the sympathetic nervous system and moving into a relaxed state will enhance your day to day life and allow you to feel calmer and in control of those testing situations. Using breath control to turn up your parasympathetic nervous system means the heart rate is lowered and cortisol levels reduced creating a more relaxed environment within your mind and body.
